We provide customers the best options to choose from and provide a one-stop solution for all their needs.   Multi-color printed poly bags Since we have extrusion machines for HM, LD and PP, we have the flexibility to produce the exact quality of bag needed according to the application or requirement. For example, if there is a requirement for a bag that should be glossy with rich printing and finish, we can opt for LDPE bags with Rotogravure printing. If another application requires a bag with glossy finish and should also have strength to carry weight, we can make the bag with a mixture of layers of LD and HM, so that it has both the required qualities.

The laminated rolls made in above process can also be made in to pouches as per customer requirement. We have extrusion systems for manufacturing variety of HM HDPE, LDPE and PP rolls.   HM/LD/PP/Soft LD Rolls We have best of the class extrusion machine for manufacturing HM Mono layer blown film rolls. By using only virgin grade raw materials, we supply best quality plain rolls and sheets. These bags are used for packing heavier materials in bigger sizes. Typical applications are for packing fertilizer, polymers, coir, cement, etc,. These bags give a very good puncture and tamper proof quality. Like other bags, these bags also can be made with excellent printing on both sides. They almost provide same quality as normal woven sacks, but with better oxygen, moisture, light proof qualities, since it is pore free.

As mentioned above, we can make most types of Zipper/Hanger bags with any required options.

With Rotogravure and Flexo printing machines, we do reverse printing on polyester film and then laminate it with LD material for sealing and for avoiding direct food contact purpose. We can supply the same for metalised polyester rolls also. This can be made into pouches in customer premises during filling process.

Holograms in sticker forms is the widely used form. It comes in sheet form which is mostly used for manual applying of stickers to products. It comes in spool form too, which can be fed for automatic application of stickers on products.

To increase the aesthetic value of the product along with security and brand protection, holographic laminated pouches are used. We offer laminated 2/3 layer holographic multi-color printed pouches, which increases the look and quality of the product.

Otherwise called holographic wide web film, it is used for packaging. This is used increase the shelf appeal of the product. We offer this in various sizes unto 40 inches.

We make carry bags with best quality virgin HM material and appropriate color master batches. We have excellent quality Rotogravure printing machines that can print unto 12 colors, one of the only machines in India. For standard applications, we have Flexo printing machines also.
