Xiaflex (collagenase clostridium histolyticum) is commonly used for Dupuytren 's contracture, a condition involving the hands where the fingers may become permanently bent. Thick cords of collagen form under the skin and restrict movement. Xiaflex is also commonly used for Peyronie 's disease.
