VIJITHIN is a low cost acid thinning based product. The lower viscosity acid modifier starches are also used in calendar and Size Press applications in Paper Industries to enhance printability and abrasion resistance of the paper surface. While using Thin Boiled Starch, a considerable amount of penetration in the sheet is resulted due to its relatively low average molecular weight.

VIJILOX is a greatly bright and a form of Modified Starch. Since the vital feature of this product is its excellent Viscosity Stability, brightness, inredible film formation and appreciable binding properties, it is intrinsically used for Surface Sizing purposes (Size Press). For best results of this product, the range may be specified from 5% to 30% solids throughout cooking and 6% to 40% solids on Paper Board respectively andor as per requirement.

VIJIGYP is a fine white granular powder. The core use of this product is in the manufacture of Gypsum Board as an adhesive. In the process of making Gypsum Board, VIJIGYP 10 is one of the necessary additives. This product features excellent tack capability of adhesion for Paper and Gypsum. This product has uniform and stable Viscosity. It creates Smooth and fine finishing on Board Surface. Its special properties are Quick Spreading and Setting

VIJIDEX-90 is an exceedingly cold water soluble product that is used to produce high solids pastes (40% to 60%) with hot cooking. Its manufacturing includes partial hydrolysis of starch .The important characteristic feature of this product is its drying capability on applying a thin film.

VIJICOL is two-component starch based glue. Its manufacture includes our state-of-the art process for chemical reaction and in-direct heating at very high temperature. The advantage of this product is its unswerving quality and no batch-to-batch variation. It is unfettered from any sort of black particles and impurities. This product is significantly stable with unfailing flow properties. It has excellent tack at any concentration resulting in formation of fibre tear bond with minimum cure time. Excellent bonding coupled with shorter drying time enables end user to increase the speed of the Mc and hence higher production. Ease of cleaning Mc parts resulting in lower idle time and labor cost.

VIJICATO is a maize based modified starch which is reacted with quaternary ammonium reagent. Cationic Starch shows existence of positively charged particles that are strongly absorbed by negatively charged cellulose fibers. On the other hand, it improves the percentage of ash and consequently reduces the effluent load. Tailor-made VIJICATO is available with various DS to meet the customer requirement.
