Application
The Arm must be fully extended.
Hold the Dr. Expert elbow support in your opposite hand by the edge that will be around your upper arm.
Pull the elbow support firmly over your lower arm and elbow.
Position the elbow support so that your elbow and the bend of your arm are at the apex of the elbow support.
Ensure an equal length of the elbow support above and below of your elbow.
