The semi hydrostatic pavers with hydraulically extendable screed is for contractors seeking easy operation and maximum up time. The wheeled paver with hydraulically extendable screed is a single or dual application machine, handling either asphalt or asphalt and wet mix respectively. The technology and specifications for the paver meet all governmental requirements in the markets, it has a presence. The pavers effortlessly shifts between jobs featuring asphalt and wet mix, often required on some governmental roads. Our pavers have hoppers designed for low dump clearance to handle all type of trucks. The wings are raised or lowered hydraulically to give a smaller overall width for transportation. Thick continuous sheet construction makes Everest’s paver hopper incredibly durable. The rounded hopper wing construction helps to eliminate segregation.

Depending on requirement, we supply three, four or five bin cold feeder along with the plant. Storage capacity of each Bin ranges from 10 tons to 20 tons. Stationery (NU type) gears coupled with DCAC motors for very smooth operation of each bin. Each bin has variable speed. The control panel synchronizes the speed of the belts to give optimum output. Special adjustable rubber borders under all the bins to prevent leakage of aggregate. To regulate the aggregate flow, we provide feeder that is easy to use and maintain. It is of single chassis construction. At each Bin a radial gate is provided which can be opened in any position to regulate the aggregate flow. Individual endless belts are provided below the gates to discharge material onto the gathering belt.
