In combination with a long stem, multi-hole nozzle assists in low fuel consumption and easy starting. >> FUEL SYSTEM : Fuel is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed, through wire mesh filter in the fuel tank and an efficient paper type element filter between tank and pump. An inbuilt filter is also provided in the injecter inlets >> LUBRICATION : Force feed lubrication is provided either by plunger-type pump or by gear type pump to large end bearings & bush type jour bearings. Taper roller bearings need no separate lubrication. All other pa are splash lubricated. Oil is filtered by suction strainer in sump and by throw away type filter element in by pass tilter. >> COOLING : Engine cooling can be arranged by a run-through water system or radiator or cooling tank. In Air cooled engine, engine is cooled by breeze of air through streamline cowling. >> GOVERNING : A sensitive Centrifugal type governer mounted on camshaft gear wheel. Class B1 governing as per I5:11170 and or class A2 governing as per I5:10000 part VIII:l980 is provided. >> ROTATION : Standard rotation is clockwise when looking at the flywheel. >> DRIVE : Standard power take-off is from flywheel side. Power take-off 1 gear end at half-speed can be provided if specially ordered. >> EXHAUST SYSTEM : A standard-type silencer is fitted for adequate silencing. >> AIR CLEANER : Oil bath type air cleaner is fitted for efficient filteration with large silencing. >> STARTING : The engine is designed for starting by hand cranking with starting handle. >> LUBRICATION OIL : SAE-30 or 40 or equivalent. >> FUEL OIL : High speed diesel oil.

Speed variation is controlled within limits to comply with class B1 Governing as per IS : 10001 and IS : 11170. >> ROTATION : Standard rotation is clockwise looking at the flywheel side, Anti-clockwise Rotation can be provided on demand. >> STARTING : The engine is designed for starting by hand. (Self Start can be nade availabte on demand) >> DRIVE : Standard power take off is from flywheel side.  Basic Specifications >> The pump is design such a way that it couples directly to driven unit. Pump having rigid - construction, antivibration design and easy to assemble. Impeller is closed type and single end suction, made up of special Grey cast iron material. Impeller is dynamically balanced. Casing is having well design volute way ensuring smooth flow with gradual changes in velocity. Casting is made up of close grain & high quality cast iron, and hydraulically tested. Quality steel material is used for shaft, its dimensional accuracy controlled in such way that shaft can transmit maximum power without vibration. Supporting frame is rigidly constructed and ensure that smooth functioning of shaft; ball bearings etc. Frame provide easy access to stuffing box as well as gland packing.
