Construction & Design Features : The Indicator is fitted between two end blocks through gland packings. The indicator is mounted parallel to tank so as to form a close loop causing tank liquid to seek its level in the gauge. Guards are provided in the form of Tie-rods for 360 visibility or C- channels around the gauge to protect it from accidental blows. Glass removal for replacement possible w/o dismantling the gauge. 100% PTFE bush as packing to ensure positive leak tightness for full vacuum as well as 6 kg/cm service pressure. It is available in single length of 2000mm c/c distance. We can extend the length by coupling 2 or more through coupler. We are providing Air Vent plug at top & drain plug at bottom for taking sample. We can also provide inbuilt isolation valve or offset constructed isolation valve on request. Percentage Level Indicator is used to know the level of liquid in storage or process tank. The unit consist of a Percentage Level Sensor mounted inside the tank & a Digital Level Indicator mounted in control room or pump room or user accessible area.   Sensor  The Percentage Level Sensor is a Magnetic Float Operated Level Sensor with ten set point with each set point equal to 10% of the tank depth. The sensor gives variable resistance output from zero U to 2.5k U. for each set point the output resistance will increase by 250 U.   Pump ON & OFF is provide in two modes : Pump UP mode : To Fill the tank. Here the pump is ON at Low Level & OFF at High Level. The High & Low Levels are field selectable between ten steps. Pump DOWN mode : To Empty the tank. What is Capacitance Level Transmitter? Capacitance Level Transmitter is the type of transmitter that operates like a capacitor. These capacitors consist of two conductive plates which are separated by the medium called as insulating material having dielectric constant.
