  An intelligent Fuel optimizer unit optimizes the usage of Genset operations in Tele comm towers in the event of mains failure condition. Instead of turning on the Genset immediately upon mains failure, it checks the Shelter Battery Voltage condition as well as the Shelter Temperature before actinating the starting of the Genset. By the optimized usage of Genset, this unit will reduce fuel consumption. This unit can be smoothly integrated to any AMF panel currently install in Telecom towers.   This Alarm annunciation panel is designed for a Gas Dispensing application. Features This panel is made out of Stainless Steel. The Alarm Annunciator used in this panel is of programmable type. Individual window can be programmed for Alarm, Trip & Status functions.   Advantages Either side of the panel is installed with microprocessor based digital indicator for measuring GAS Flow in the pipe line.

The generator can be started only if the sane is permitted by tge Generator Safety Unit. Features It will operate from low line voltage of 150 V AC and Maximum voltage of 300 V AC. Available in small size. Maintain constant voltage through out the line voltage variation. This battery charger protected against the Input voltage,Temparature,Reverse polarity, Over Load. High Efficiency and Hence Less Heat. Charger on LED will indicate the charger is ready for charging the battery. Reverse Battery Led shall glow when Battery is connected in wrong polarity once the Battery is connected properly; this Led is in off state.   Advantages Trickle Led shall Glow when Battery is connected to the charger. This Led shall be in off condition when the battery is under Boost mode. Once the battery is fully charged, current requirement of battery will comedown and Charger is Trickle mode. Boost LED shall glow when Battery charger is working under Boost mode. This indicates that energy available at Battery is low and Battery Charger is supplying more than 20% of rated current to battery to keep charging. Under Boost Mode the battery will take normally 8 to 12 hours to charge completely. Once the battery is fully charged Battery charger will go to trickle mode and Boost Led is in off state.

  This relay is used for Automatic Starting & Stopping of Generator Set, in case of mains failure detected. It also does the load transferring from EB to DG and vice versa. When the Genset is running it takes care of all Engine Safeties. If any abnormality found it trips the Engine.
