AconShaft Mounted Speed Reducer are compact, totally enclosed and are designed for direct mounting on the drive shaft of the equipment to be driven. The direct mounting principle assures positive and permanent alignment of the Speed Reduce and the driven machine and permits convenient location of the motor, minimizing space equipments and layout problems. It also eliminates the foundations.

Geared Motors and inline helical gear reducer have been developed in our factory to give co-axial,and compact and reliable mode of speed reduction at high torque. The gear casings are manufactured from high grade cast iron and are liberally designed for maximum heat dissipation and cool running. Gear and pinions are made from special case hardening alloy steel and are specially heat-treated. The pump two gears having large cavity and its tooth profiles cut by special type cutter. Small which can use to pump all types of high viscous liquid without any trouble. These gear pumps are alse available with jacketed for handling tar,bitumen,asphalts,wax,soaps,etc.liquids The three port Tanker Gear pump or Fighter Gear pump are also available with us, which small is easily mounted on Tanker,Truck,Tractor or any mobile vehicles and work with their drive engine.The pumps are available with different size from 1.12" & 2" having capacity range up 400 LPM with different mounting arrangement. To obtain the longer life of pump, it is advisable to run pump at speed less than 290 ±10rpm.
