Upward continuous casting technology provides top quality Oxygen Free copper wire rods with excellent conductivity, surface finish, ductility with homogenous grain structure and without harmful porosity. Oxygen Free High Conductivity (OFHC) copper rods are produced using LME Grade-A copper cathodes with 99.99% purity meeting international standards. These rods have a huge advantage when compared to traditional Electrolytic Touch Pitch (ETP) copper rods.

These processes are monitored closely and quality is assured by inspections at all stages. DHP Grade: DHP- Copper manufacturing starts with high-quality copper cathodes melted with precise % of phosphorous under strictly controlled conditions and cast in an inert atmosphere into Continuous casting rods. During this process the copper is not allowed to come into contact with air. These continuous casting rods are used for further processes. Our highly flexible copper laminated flexible connectors are manufactured by high conductivity electrolytic grade copper. It’s reducing the temperature rise and increasing the current capacity of the connectors. These connectors are used as flexible expansion joints to prevent damages by vibrations of machine or switchgears. Flexible connectors are individually designed and manufactured as per customer’s requirements and application. 

It consists of several layers of uncoated or tinned copper stripe and are insulated with flexible high quality PVC sleeve.
