HIGH EFFICIENCY CENTRIFUGAL BLOWERS :- Housing : Steel fabricated welded construction braced with steel flats and angel. Split casing can be provided for large sizes. Inspection door and drain plug can be provided. Impeller : Impeller can be made in light, medium and heavy construction. Steel or Cast Iron hub will be Welded, Bolted, Riveted on impeller back plate. Impeller will be Statically and Dynamically balanced. Shaft : Shaft are of EN-8/EN-9 steel properly sized to keep away from critical speed. Shaft Seals : Gland Packing For Chemical/ Dust/ Power/ Gas conveying blower at the shaft side on the casing we can provide Gland packing to prevent the leakage. Bearing : Ball bearing, Roller bearing, Oil lubricated bearing, Grease lubricated bearing, White metal lined bush bearing, Water cooled bearing. Fan Drive : Impeller directly mounted on Motor shaft, Direct coupled through flexible coupling, V-belt. Optional Accessories : Vibration isolated and flexible connection at inlet outlet can be provided to minimise transmission of vibration and noise. Inlet/ Outlet Silencer Provided to reduce noise level. Any other accessories Desired

We manufacture Impellers in Mild Steel/Stainless steel/F.R.P./Aluminum with F.R.P./Rubber lining Impellers as per requirements. Impellers are duly machined after careful fabrication and Statically and Dynamically balanced for minimum sound level and vibration.
