We present our customers with some of the outstanding industrial filter fabrics which have a peerless quality. We are one of the foremost exporters from India, exporting our products world over. Our wide spectrum of industrial filtration fabrics includes the following products :- High pressure filtration fabrics We provide tough strong fabrics for high-pressure filtration to reduce moisture content in the cake thus saving expensive energy. The Company also provides fabrics for up to 20 bar pressure as per the requirement. Fibreless fabrics The Company offers fibreless finished fabrics, which have critical applications and are used for drugs, pharma and other sensitive industries to ensure nil contamination. Moreover, additional finishes like, chemical treatment; water repellent treatment etc. for instant cake discharge is also available. Monofilament fabrics Monofilament fabrics are now available for Horizontal Belt Filters (HBF) and rotary vacuum filters as well. The design of these fabrics give long and trouble free operations. The clipped overlay ensures a close fit with no vacuum loss. They are also available in industry specific applications. Anti-static fabrics Anti-static fabrics are designed to eliminate danger from static charge in explosive conditions. The Company offers fabrics as per international standards and these fabrics can be ordered in factory length or in stitched made-ups. Apart from such extensive range, we also offer conventional fabrics.
Features : The selection of the right type of filtration fabric has become very critical to get the best result from various filtering equipments such as, filter press, centrifuge, neutch, pressure filters etc. We look into each aspect of filtration process & its parameters, and applie expertise to obtain the maximum benefit, not only from weaving point of view, but also from the processing applied to the fabric. The company is specialized in fabricating the made-ups as per customers individual requirement of their equipments, for various products. Below are few of the process : Improper selection of Filter Media, leads to many hidden losses such as,
Material loss, due to porous fabric
Longer Down Time, due to selection of very close woven fabric
ear and Tear due to faulty measurements & stitching of stretched materials
The company is committed to serve our customer with the best possible quality, by taking precautions at all stages of manufacturing, viz. production, processing, fabrication and followed by prompt deliveries.

Selection of Filter Media :
The right selection of filter media defers mainly in terms of their resistance to temperature, acid and alkalis as well as the mechanical stress. The following table details the resistance of each filter media.
Material used : Polypropylene Fabrics
Polypropylene is a by-product of petroleum industry which has excellent strength and is very resistant to abrasion. It floats on water as it is light in weight with a specific gravity of 0.90 Polypropylene multifilament or spun yarns are used for various application such as filter faorc, luggage fabrics, ropes, webbing etc.
Major properties :
Melting Point ......... 165 Degree
Operating Temperature ..........90 Degree
Resistance to Feed Pressure ........2 bars to 20 bars
Effects of Acids and Alkalis .........Excellent resistance to most acid and alkalis with exception of Chlorosulfonic acid & Oxidizing agents
Effects of bleaches and solvents.........Good resistance to bleach and solvents
Polyester Fabric
Polyester is manufactured from the fiber forming substance in any long chain synthetic polymer composed of at least 85% by weight of ester of a dihydric alcohol and terephthalic acid. Polyester fibers are melted and spun from elements coming from coal, air water and petroleum, polyester fabrics are widely used for industrial application.
Major Properties :
Melting Point..........225 cg
Operating Temperature........175cg
Resistance to feed pressure..........2 bars to 15 bars
Effects of Acids and Alkalis.........Good resistance to most mineral acids Dissolves or partial decomposition in concentrated solution of Sulfuric acid Good resistance to weak alkalis Disintegrates is strong alkalis at boiling, temperature.
Effects of Bleach and solvents........Excellent, except in some phenylic compounds.
Nylon Fabric
Nylon is a synthetic fiber made of coal, water and air, capable of being made into fine and coarse materials, Nylon is used filtration fabric, tyre fabric, luggage fabric, belting etc.
Major Properties :
Melting Point........ 175 Degree
Operating Temperature........140 Degree
Resistance to feed pressure........2 bars to 15 bars
Effects of Acids and Alkalies........Substantially inert in alkalis. Mineral acids cause degradation. Acids like benzoic and oxalic acids cause loss in tenacity and elongation depending upon time and concentration. Soluble in Concentrated Formic acid
Effects of Bleaches and Solvents ........Can be bleached in most bleaching agents, except chlorinated bleaches. Generally insoluble in organic solvents. Soluble in phenolic compounds.
Finishing Treatment :
A grey fabric is treated when necessary to bring about the dimensional stability (Shrinkage or elongation), to reduce the air permeability, to increase the retention capacity, to enhance the life cycle and to reduce material loss some of the treatments meted out are as follows.
Hydraulic Treatment
Thermal Stabilization
Chemical Treatment
Calendaring
