Tubular Elements are the most versatile, dependable and rugged of any heat generation device. These qualities make it an ideal heat source for many applications. Anupam uses precision wound 80-20 nickel-chrome wire to deliver an even heat distribution to the element sheath. High purity, grade A magnesium oxide is used as the internal insulation to insure the best thermal transfer and insulation resistance. A variety of electrical terminations, mounting fittings and brackets, along with the wide array of bending options, allow for easy integration into any heating system. Tubular heaters can be used in almost any application. Straight Tubulars can be clamped to metal surfaces or inserted in machined grooves for conductive heat transfer. Or use a formed Tubular to provide consistent heat in any type of special application.

It consists of two dissimilar metals, joined together at one end. When the junction of the two metals is heated or cooled a voltage is produced that can interpreted by a temperature controller, high limit or display device. There are two common constructions for these: Tube and Wire and Mineral Insulated. The tube and wire uses an empty stainless tube with a wire inside which has a welded tip incorporating the wire junction. This construction is typically used to 480ºC. The Mineral Insulated construction uses a highly compacted stainless sheath with solid conductors encased in magnesium oxide insulation. This construction offers a wider variety of diameters, allows for the sensors to be bent in the field and for temperatures to 1200ºC. These sensors are available is a huge range of physical packages with a variety of lead wire, housing, and mounting options.

Description   Jalak Electrical’s The helical wound heating wire is made of a high temperature resistant NiCr alloy. And the insulation consists of superior grade of magnesium oxide (MgO). As the heaters are swadged, even at high sheath temperature they have excellent electrical insulation and a high heat transfer. To prevent the heater from moisture the connection ends are sealed with sealing components.   Precise forming of the heater is required to fit properly into the groove in the mould. To ensure this fit normally use a template as an inspection tool in the forming process. FEATURES :-   Ceramic end cap protects the cartridge internally from outside contamination. Resistance wire and lead wires are mechanically spliced with heavy wall nickle connectors for positive electrical connection. Nickel-Chrome resistance wire is precisely wound on a high purity magnesium oxide core, placing the resistance wire as close to inside of the sheath as possible while maintaining dielectric strength. This provides excellent heat transfer, and results in the highest possible watt densities and longer heat life.  Here Ally-321 stainless steel is used to provide high temperature strength, good conductivity and resistance to oxidation up to 700 degree centigrade.  In manufacturing process Magnesium Oxide(MgO) is used to fill all remaining space inside the ceramic insulator, thus increasing thermal conductivity, dielectric strength and heater life.
