electrical control system
the electrical panal is mounted on right side frame. Electrical panal consists of motor start-stop push buttons, operation made selector switch with engraved indication, overload & ram up-down indicators and emergency stop button, as per general industrial electrical standards.
operational controls
press brakes having three operational cycles with operators high convenience & least fatigue by means of selected from the panel door mounted selected switch.
inch cycle
this ccle is used for etting bed angle and depth of stroke. The ram movement(up-down) can be controlled at any desired position from foot swiches.
singe cycle
once the cycle is stared, the ram completes one cycle (approach-pressing and return) and stops at the top end position.
auto cycle
the cycle (approach-pressing- return) is coninuously repeated once this cycle is selected. This mode is useful for continuous repetitive work where in stroke length can be adjusted to suit the job and the operator's speed.ram stroke movement is controlled by three limit switches.middle switch changes over the down ward speed of ram from approach to pressing speed.lower switch sets the lowermost position of ram with fine adjustment.on return, top limit switch stops the ram at top end position or stats next cycle.
