Method of Application:

Spread the adhesive on to the wall, working on small areas at a time. Tiles must be fixed before the surface of the adhesive forms a skin. "MYMIX - SLU (Self Leveling Cement based Underlayment)" is a blend of specially selected cements, graded aggregates, synthetic polymers and workability aids. It is supplied as a dry powder requiring only, the addition of water to produce a smooth free flowing and self leveling smoothing coat, which can be laid to a feather edge. When thickness greater than 10mm is required, washed concrete sand can be added in equal proportions (if sand is added the product becomes trowellable and is no longer self leveling).

Press the tile/stones within 15-20 min with a shuffling movement into the adhesive.
Check regularly to ensure that the back of the tile is in full contact with the adhesive.

RITEPOXYTM EIG 2200 Industrial Grout is an Epoxy based Grout (100% solid) designed specially for use in application at industrial and commercial areas where high strength, free flow, chemical & temperature resistance is required. RITEPOXYTM EIG 2200 is easy to mix joint filler available in four shades (Brilliant white, Terracotta, Natural grey, Jet black).

Application Preparation:
Clean application area & remove dirt, dust & excess adhesive from tile joints.
Mix Part A & Part B in a bucket thoroughly and slowly add Part C (filler Powder) to make a homogenous mixture.
Using rubber float fill-up the tile joints.
Wait for 30-45 mins for joints to harden.
Begin initial clean-up with water & gently use scrub pad in circular motion to remove excess material from the tile/ stone surface.
Use plenty of clean water until excess grout is cleared from surface.
To remove excess material from the tile surface use wet towel at 45 degree to the grout joints.
Wait for 2- 3 hrs before giving smooth finish to grout surface with a sponge & hand-glove finger with mild shampoo water.
Wait for 24 hrs and finally clean the surface with water to remove the epoxy marks

Product Description:
MYMIX - CGU (Cementitious Colour Grout) is a white cement-based, polymer-modified color grout. It is the right bonding material to fill joints tile to fix ceramic, vitrified wall and floor tiles. They are resistant to shrinkage and cracking and can be used to fill tile joints (walls and floors) with a minimum width of lmm to 5 mm for both interior and exterior applications. Available in 28 colors to match your joints tiles made with color -fast pigments and fine graded aggregates.

Determine size of the pocket to be grouted
If the pocket depth is more than 5cm, add 30% pre‐washed, dry, coarse aggregates of size 4 to 8mm by weight
Do not pour from two sides
The materials should be quickly poured in order to avoid loss of workability
Strike off the exposed areas as you keep pouring the materials
Use wet hessian cloth or ponding water
If a damp hessian is used, curing for at least 7 days is necessary
Do not use vibrators for compaction of the material
