The Online Capsule Sampling and Weighing System consists of a weighing balance, a pneumatic cylinder and a vibrator with PLC control. The system weighs a batch of 20 capsules and individual capsules separately. If the weight is not in the acceptable range, the machine stops and a message is displayed on the HMI.
