Manufactured from unretted coir fibre curled to effectively utilize the resiliency of the fibre and bonded by vulcanized rubber latex , rubberized coir sheets offer a resilient product of porous structure ideal for cushioning and mattress.

bare sheets in various densities (70 Kgm3, to 100 kgm3) are supplied by us. Maximum width: 2 Mtr. Length as required. 10 mm, 15mm, 20mm, 30mm, sheets are available for export. Coir fiber is elastic enough to twist without breaking and it holds a curl as though permanently waved. Machine twisted fibre is produced by blending bristle and mattress fibres in varying ratios. They are then spun and curled into a thick single-ply rope. This is used in producing Rubberized Coir sheets
