(INS471), Thickener & Stabilizer (IN S415)
Nature Identical Flavoring Substances Vanilla.
Directions to Cook
Heat Oven Baking Temp. 170-180°C & Time 35-40 Mins.
Dissolve sugar in water in mixing bowl. Put cake gel and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
To this mixture, add wheat flour & vanilla concentrate and mix for 1 min on slow speed.
Scrape down the mixture & whisk on high speed for 2-3 mins.
After the mixing is complete, add oil for 1 mins. at slow speed.
