Allround Vegetable Processing cyclone destoner is designed to remove stones and dirt from the produce, using different densities of principal. Produce and stones are fed into a moving well of water in the cyclone destoner cone. The produce floats and is carried along with a rotating current of water, stone, and dirt sink to a stone conveyor at the bottom of the cone. The standard destoner has a stainless steel frame, but the bearing and drive/idle rollers are made of mild steel. The stone conveyor of the destoner is made of rubber. The cleats of the stone conveyor are “V” shaped with 60 mm height. The machine comes in automatic water management where valves and level meter control the pumps and water inlet/drains. If required, the destoner can be on a subframe to accommodate height difference. The subframe can be made from painted mild steel, stainless steel, and galvanized steel. The height of the subframe can vary from 0-3 meters.
