We are offering thread cutting machine. the machine is a special purpose machine and is used to cut thread on the blank of a wood screw. the head slotted are placed in a hopper from which automatic slide down help them to reach the turnplate and then the picker holds each blank and then feeds into the chuck and the tool cut thread on the blank and the the screws fall in the tray. The production is quite low as compared to the header and thread rolling machine.

We are offering header machine. ours double and single stroke solid die and two piece cold heading machines are fully automatic for cold heading screws, bolts, rivets and similar products. The header machines are easy to operate all parts are made of high quality steel and casting and gun metal bushes.

We are offering head slotting machine. head slotting machines are developed on the same principle as that of thread cutting machine with high production capacity. These are most easy to operate and are equipped with high quality steel rollers and tempered points.

We are offering thread rolling machine. automatic cold thread rolling machines are suitable for threading screws, bolts and other similar components made of mild steel, brass and aluminium etc. Two flat dies used in these machines are easily fitted and all adlustments are very simple. A water pump is just to keep the dies cool.
