We are offering aqvade. Integral waterproofing liquid additive description:- aqvade is added to fresh concrete, mortar or cement slurry for waterproofing effect. It reduces water demand for concrete flow (slump) which enhances compressive strength of final cured systems. It disperses cement particles uniformly and improves compactness in concrete which leads to reduced moisture and chloride penetration, helps to protect concrete cement structure from corrosion uses:- • during fresh concrete mixing as admixture. • in cement mortars, roof slabs and screeds, basements, external plastering, water tanks, sumps, drains etc. advantages: • liquid admixture: instant and complete dispersion throughout the mix. uniform waterproofing throughout concrete matrix. • improved efficiency: dramatic reduction in permeability • enhanced workability: enhances the compaction of concrete and mortar, even where harsh sands or aggregates are used. It act as water reducing admixture. • increased concrete quality: minimizes porosity and honey combing. produces dense homogeneous concrete. Improves compressive strength due to reduction in water to cement ratio. Shelf life: shelf life is 12 months before from the month of manufacture if kept in dry store and unopened packs. Health and safety precautions aqvadeis non-toxic. the product must not come in contact with skin, eyes and must not be swallowed. wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye protection while using the product. any splashes on skin should be washed well with plenty of water and soap. if a product is swallowed, wash out mouth and drink at least 500 ml of cold milk or water. seek medical attention immediately and do not induce vomiting. aqvade is non-flammable.

Waterproofing, bonding and repair additive description:- hoarybond sbr is a high quality bonding agent based on water-based synthetic polymer, suitable for priming, sealing of surfaces prior to the application of ceramic tiles. It is also used as admixture for the preparation of screeds, rendering, plaster and slurry bonding coats as well as a protective coating to rebars. It improves the overall qualities of cementitious mortars & slurries by resistant to hydrolysis. Uses:- • repair mortars for rcc, chhajja, masonry walls, rcc roofs etc. • waterproof renders and cementitious slurries • bonding agent for slip bricks, ceramic tiles, etc • bathroom tile fixing mortars, abrasion resistant lining. • thin layer patching mortars, renders, floor screeds, concrete masonry mortars. Advantages: • excellent water resistance: improves the workability of mortarsslurries to provide a water proof repairs, renders etc. • extremely good adhesion, useful as a bonding agent between old and new concrete surfaces. • at lower water-cement ratio reduces shrinkage with low permeability which helps to reduce rate of attacking of chemicals, acids, gases, chloride & water. • it is non-corrosive, will protect the steel reinforcement of the concrete. • enhances tensile and flexural strengths of cementitious systems. • hoarybond sbr based slurry is easily brushable. ex : surface preparation: surface should be cleaned by wire brush or sand blasting to remove loose particles and ensure surface free from dust, oil, paint, corrosion, lose materials and cracks.
