Kaveri Rotary Belt Scraper are engineered for belts handling Calcinated materials like Clinker, Coke, Alumina and other fine powdery substances which are susceptible to thermal cracks, resulting in fine powder getting stuck between the cracks, and falling throughout the length of the conveyor, due to flappring of the belt.
KAVERI Rotary Belt Scraper Consists of a special brush arrangement designed for fitment below the Head Pulley on the return side to enable the brushed off material to fall into the discharge chute. It consists of a Motorised Power Driven shaft supported on Anti-Friction bearing blocks, to which brush rolls are fitted. The direction of rotation is opposite to that of the return belt travel.

Compressed air is fed through an air train consisting of moisture separator, filter, regulator, lubricator to the Flow Control Unit (FCU). The micro processor based sequential logic controlled (FCU) operates the individual Air Blaster in cyclic pattern. Optionally the FCU can be connected to plant PLC for blasting automation.
INSTALLATION
Depending on the Equipment and location, Proper design, profile and material of Nozzle are selected. The Nozzles are mounted on the equipment so as to direct all the force of the blast to promote flow of bulk solids.
In most installations, the bin / Hopper need not be emptied..
