Pis life made a modest start in 2009 with strong r&d capability and delivering impurities to various global customers, has operations spread across three locations today producing various drug intermediates and hard to synthesize molecules. while plant-1 (chennai) and plant-2 (bangalore) are in operational already, plant-3 (vizag) operations will start soonest. plant-1 is focused on bulk drug intermediates manufacturing, contract research & contract manufacturing (cro/crams) services with well established research & development laboratories, kilo lab setup, pilot plant and commercial manufacturing production block. plant-2 is having independent research & development laboratory focused on development of prostaglandin intermediates and other complex organics synthesize such as alpha-halogeno-ketones. plant-3 will be focused on api’s, bulk drug intermediates and expected to be operational soonest. many of our scientists are either doctorates & holding masters degree with vast experience in organic synthesize and worked with indian big pharma companies & global pharmaceutical companies before joining with us and our facilities are focused on development projects with strong r&d backing coupled with kilo lab, pilot plant for developing and producing hard to synthesize molecules for our global customer base.
