Parts to be shot-blasted are hanged on the hook connected to an overhead monorail conveyor with hoists supported by the structure. The hoists installed on the overhead conveyor allow the lifting of heavy loads. The hook is transferred manuallyautomatically into the blasting chamber by means of drag chain and once in position, hook starts rotating on its axis and the combined forward and backward motion ensures the complete shot-blasting of parts. Turbines are mounted on other side of the machine. The loading capacity of the machine depends on the customer in accordance with the parts to be shot-blasted. The setup installation may require a pit depending on the height of the machine and supplied with a dust collector system.
