Our engagement in skill development sector is to meet the increasing demand of productive manpower for the jobs created as a result of skill development trainings. The objective of this Skill Development Training is to encourage skill development for youth. The training aims toincrease productivity of the existing workforce and align the training and certification to the needs of the country. It will also help boost employability and productivity of youth by skill trainings. Our programmes aim to deliver results in key areas of placement linked skills training programmes, up-skilling for government workforce, Training of Trainers (ToT), self-employment for livelihood and skill training in Schools/ITIs/Training Centers.   Course Content Courses which are aligned to NOSs and QPs for eligible Sectors and Job Roles corresponding to Levels I to IV of the NVEQF/NSQF. Training programs will be for a minimum of 30 days duration and will include training on social skills like health, hygiene, communication skills etc.
