The compact robot welding cell for small assemblies.This is a complete robot welding cell including a MOTOMAN robot, two station electrically operated turntable and guarding, all mounted on a fabricated pallet base so that it only requires a single fork-truck lift from the delivery vehicle for placement in position in the plant. 

The VIPA Touch Panel family is suited for all applications in the factory, process and building automation. Due to the aluminum die-cast housing the VIPA Touch Panels are mechanically particularly robust. With the front-side IP65 protection, these devices also survive in harsh industrial environments.The portfolio ranges from 5.7" TFT up to 12.1" TFT color display. The compact design allows the use of VIPA Touch Panels also in confined spaces. The panels can be operated either horizontally or vertically.

The TSG gantry is designed to provide reliable, accurate and economical welding solutions for the production of very large components such as excavators, containers and earth moving equipment. The TSG is servo powered and fully synchronised with the robot controller.  The gantry's Y beam structure is built using two and four metre modules to the required length with a suitable number of supporting pillars. In twin systems where multiple robots run on the Y beam, the robots can work together or independent of each other.  

Up-to-date, compact and fast With the new „MICRO“, VIPA Controls will be presenting a very compact and extremely fast MICRO control system at the SPS IPC Drives 2016. The design has a definite wow-factor and it opens up completely new paths as regards operating and status display. Thus the MICRO PLC is the starting signal for the new VIPA controller generation. With its introduction the new MICRO PLC from VIPA Controls launches a new product series and again raises the segment of the VIPA MICRO controllers to a new level. Designed as a stand-alone PLC it stands out because of its modern design, its compact size, its high performance, and its high channel density. Thus the user receives a multiplicity of performance in a very small space and at a very attractive price. The new MICRO PLC will replace the well-proven but aging System 100V.

200V - The modular I/O-system 200V is a modular I/O-system for decentralized applications, programmable with WinPLC7 and/or STEP7 from Siemens. With a variety of communication and fieldbus modules available, it can be used also for complex system topologies and is in use in thousands of applications worldwide.The sophisticated module concept enables the customized deployment in nearly every application up to the middle power range.

The Switch CHP converters are based on our extensively service-proven, full-power converter technology. These power converters are compatible with both permanent magnet and non-permanent magnet fixed speed synchronous generators.

The Switch PMGs provide excellent availability and productivity. Their specially segmented structure creates a group of redundant generators capable of independent operation to meet the latest power quality and grid compatibility requirements.

The combination of industrial PC with state of the art performance features and a Touch Panel with ideal display capabilities enables the user to concentrate high performance into the smallest space. The latest Intel Atom processor technology, large integrated work memory and display resolutions of up to Full HD with the 21.5” panel PC are state of the art. The panels have also numerous useful interfaces just like other VIPA Touch Panels. The pre-installed operating systems Windows Embedded Compact 7 or Windows Embedded Standard 7 are state of the art in the PC world. For visualization your own programs or optionally the latest pre-installed Movicon visualization can be chosen.

Start of pallet repair is always dismantling of damaged parts. YASKAWA offers a system for automated hydraulic removal of blocks, stringers or leading boards from Euro pallets with MOTOMAN industrial robot. The operator chooses on a touch screen the damaged parts, and the machine dismantles them automatically. Our turn key systems can work stand alone, combined with sorting systems or be integrated in your existing conveyor network. These systems reduce manual work, mainly lifting pallets and using the tiger saw.

Line displays are used for the operation and monitoring of process parameters in machinery, plant and buildings. TD 03 – Text Display The compact VIPA Text Display TD 03 shows via a backlit LCD display defined message texts. Inputs and outputs, and process parameters can be set through the membrane keys and changed. The configuration of the messages and the parameter block is performed using the TD-Wizard from VIPA. The menu can be selected in English and German. The text display is designed for use in combination with VIPA CPUs 11x, 21x, 31x, 51x and the S7-300/400 CPUs designed by Siemens. OP 03 – Operator Panel The VIPA Operator Panel OP 03 is particularly suitable for operating and monitoring of small applications in conjunction with VIPA CPUs 11x, 21x, 31x, 51x and Siemens S7-300/400 CPUs. Up to seven OPs can be connected to a CPU and up 2 CPUs to an OP 03 via the MPI interface. For managing and processing operating notifications and data, 256 kByte user memory is available. Project planning is carried out with VIPA OP-Manager or Siemens ProTool. CC 03 – Commander Compact In the VIPA Commander Compact CC 03 a PLC CPU, programmable with Siemens STEP7, is integrated. Besides the 128 kByte user memory, the CPU has 16/24/32 kByte program and 24/32/40 kByte load memory (depending on version) . In addition, 16 digital inputs and outputs each are integrated. The CC 03 is expandable with up to four 100V or 200V modules (160 digital inputs/outputs, or up to 32 analog inputs/outputs respectively are supported).

The HD gantry is designed to provide reliable and accurate welding solutions for the production of very large components such as excavators, containers and earth moving equipment. The robot has a huge working area, since the Z and Y beam travel paths (horizontal and vertical lift) are up to 2.5 metres and 3 metres long and the support pillars are more than 5 metres high.The HD gantry is servo powered and fully synchronised with the robot controller to facilitate positioning of the robot for improved welding accuracy and easier programming. In twin and triple systems where multiple robots run on the X beam, the robots can work together or independent of each other.
