We are offering dosa mix. Mix the contents with 950 ml. Water. Stir to smooth batter and set aside for 5-10 mins. Lightly grease a cold flat non-stic pantava with oil, pour the 75 ml batter in the center of cold pan. Spread the batter in outward circular motion to get a thin dosa of around 8" in diameter. Place the frying pan on medium heat. Sprinkle few drops of oil all over the dosa & fry till golden brown .fold & remove .for the next dosa, first cool the pan sufficiently with a wet cloth ,repeat step 2 onwords. Serve hot with sambhar & coconut chutney.
