Our Steam Generator is the latest design in coil type boilers that uses reverse flame technology and is a very consistent and extremely fuel efficient package boiler. The furnace of our Steam Generator is made of an air tight helical coil of membrane wall construction placed inside an assembly & double jacketed MS shall and aluminum radiator. Combustion air is then forced through the jacketed shell, thus getting pre-heated and maintaining the outer shell cool. The Pressure jet burner atomizes the fuel and preheated air aids in completing combustion. The flue gases are reversed in the furnace, resulting in two radiant heat transfer passes and the third convective pass between coil and inner Shell. The flue gases again transfer heat to the economizer for preheating feed water. A specially designed heat optimizer protects the feed water pumps from high water temperature thus enhancing the life of the pump. Reverse Flame Technology The flame reverses within the furnace and thereafter passes along with the membrance wall provided Due to this, the Flame has a longer residence time for total combustion the reverse flame technology ensures a very high radiation heat.
