This also creates heat in the interiors of the rollers as well as surface to add to the wear.   ​Features​​ ​ The raw material selected for the machining of the rollers of high quality and then machined to precision. We also consider a higher factor in machining to achieve the exact dimensions to suit the application.  ​ The material selected is 40mnB which is high-quality steel. This component undergoes quenching, induction hardening and tempering to reach surface hardness of about 50-55HRC and a hardening depth of 4.5mm ​ All irregularities from the surface are machined out to have an even surface of operation.  ​ The roller shafts are smoothly polished to reduce surface friction. This improves the life of the rollers by about 20-30%. The surface roughness is kept lower than the industry standard average of about Ra 0.8-1.6 to provide an extended lifecycle.  ​ The roller seals are provided with 3% of Mo (Molybdenum). The standard lifecycle of these seals is also higher by about 20-30% more than the standard ones available in the market.
