We are offering self grooving rubber roller. Used in dr ginning mills in place of leather (cclc) rollers. Major advantages of self-grooving rubber roller compared to leather roller are: grooving of the roller is not required, as the roller automatically generates workable grooves while running. Human drudgery in the re-grooving work and machine down time are eliminated consistent lint output. Unlike the leather roller, the output does not decrease along with the wear of the roller. the rubber roller does not release hazardous chromium compounds. Zero-chromium pollution.
