The fees shall be payable within 30 days of joining of the candidate who has been selected and appointed . In addition service tax at the rate prevailing at due time of payments of bill will be payable if payments is made in india & will be applicable if necessary. 3. a copy of the appointment letter issued to the candidate shall be made available to joeb india solely for the purposes of billing. 4. the candidates referred once by joeb india shall be deemed to be candidates of joeb india and such candidates shall not be diverted by the client to any subsidiary or group concern. All unused resumes shall be returned to joeb india immediately upon conclusion of the selection process. 5. any candidate once referred by joeb shall not be directly recruited by the client or diverted by the client to any subsidiary or group concern for a period of two years from the date of original assignment to joeb. in case of such appointments coming to the knowledge of joeb, the client shall pay professional fees as decided or discussed or as stated in clause 2 of the terms given above. 6. joeb shall make all efforts to provide the right candidates but does not guarantee performance of the candidates finally selected and recruited by the clients. Joeb does not undertake any responsibility for default on part of the selected candidates. However, joeb shall provide a replacement within 7 days if any candidate sponsored by joeb within three months of joining on his own accord and not on account of any fault on the part of the client . 7. interviews for short-listed candidate/s can be arranged at venues other than the client's office in order to ensure complete confidentiality till the final interview and appointment and the expenses of holding such interviews shall be borne by the client. 8. personal interviews of candidate/ s will be arranged within 10 days from receipt of indent from the client for senior managerial positions and 7 days of middle management and other positions. 9. Outstation candidate/s called for interviews will be reimbursed to and fro travel - fare by the clients. 10) the payment shall be made in the name of/ favour of“jai onkar employment bureau ”.payable at “bhopal, mp, india”. 11.) these terms are applicable for services rendered throughout india and abroad and can be mutually negotiable also depending on the requirements of our services. industry exposure whether you are from any sector, you can be rest assured that your manpowergap will be filled well within your deadlines.
