We are amongst the few manufacturers in country having melting, forging and machining facilities under one roof which helps to maintain the quality from raw material stage to finished product and thereby meeting delivery requirements. Having established our leadership in the country, We have successfully expanded our export operations.
We manufacture Ferrous Castings from 100 kg – 15 MT single piece, Open Die Forging upto Dia 600mm – 8MT single piece and Close Die forgings upto 200 kg under IS/ASTM/DIN/EN/SAE/GOST and equivalent standards.
Our forging plant is equipped with heavy duty open die forging press besides open & close die forging Hammer at Mandideep near Bhopal. Our Forging Plant is a forward integration of our well established steel melting facility. We also have down-the-line Heat Treatment and machining capabilities comprising of CNC Machines like Horizontal Machining Centre (HMC), Horizontal CNC Lathes, Vertical CNC borer, besides various ranges of conventional Vertical Borer, Horizontal Borer, Lathes, Plano-Miller, Radial Drilling Machines. We are among the few manufacturers who are having “melting to machining” facilities under one roof. Our SMS can produce Carbon steel. Alloy and stainless Steel, Special Alloy steel, Die steel & Creep Steel grades.We have Electric Induction Furnaces. LRF and AOD/VOD facilities which give us an edge for maintaining proper quality checks to ensure cleanest steel for your critical applications. Further , in our endeavour to give you best quality material we have set up vertical HT furnaces and quenching facilities (Water & Oil) for getting better heat treatment properties. Our plant is approved by some of the leading engineering companies like BHEL, SIEMENS, ALSTOM, ANDRITZ, VOITH, NTPC, NPCIL, DGQA, DRDO, IBR, RDSO etc. for supply of critical Forgings & Casting components.
Apart from above, we are having facilities for manufacturing and machining of heavy industrial steel casting. Our foundry is acknowledged by esteemed organisations like RDSO who have approved us as Class ‘A’ foundry. We are a “WELL KNOWN FOUNDRY” accredited by Central Boiler Board, New Delhi. Components are dispatched after thoroughly checked by our in-house testing facility, conducting Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgical analysis, Non destructive Testings, meeting customers technical requirements by our qualified & experienced Technicians & Engineers.
