It includes connective components, guides, pistons, damping vents, cylinders, sealers, and damping mediums, etc. Its basic mechanism is that structure under seismic or wind load, the adhered damper guide will be enforced to push piston moving. The viscous liquid at both sides of piston shall form pressure difference and drive damping medium (liquid) passing through damping vent. Thus a damping force is created. Some of structure's vibration energy shall be consumed by viscous liquid to realize suppressing vibration (seismic or wind vibrating) reactions.
