X-RAY FILM VIEWER- 3 FILM Product Code: LX 03     Medicraft Operating rooms are provided with flush mounted Dimmable LED X-ray film viewer (14 x 17 - 3 films), which are given provision for controlling the intensity of illumination from 3-100%.

Operation theatre walls and Ceiling made of 1 mm thick stainless steel sheets of AISI 304 grade, visible side having satin/mat finish and coated with protective PVC taping, which shall be removed upon completion of the Operation theatre, before handing over.The inner surface walls are fixed to the brick walls with essential support at equal intervals with using anchor fasteners and fixtures of approved makes.         The joints of the stainless steel wall panels are made seamless, and homogeneous, so as to have no cavity or projection at joints.The vertical panels of the S.S walls match flush with the curved skirting of the flooring without projection or cavity. There will not be any sharp edges and all corners are curved to avoid bacteria/fungal contamination.The wall panels are supported to the masonry wall with stainless steels brackets and fixtures and using nonferrous hard ware. The door frames are made of 1.2mm stainless steel sheets of same grade.The wall and ceiling panel design and construction is provided with openings required for later inclusion of additional equipments, repair of installed equipments, without affecting the rigidity and strength of the structure.All the four corners have return air duct outlet, the grill of which is made of stainless steel/Powder coated Aluminium. The joints between walls and ceiling (skirting) panels are connected by curved panels at a radius of 450mm. The  cupboards,  cabinets  and  shelves inside the theatre, if necessary; provided with   hinged  swing  doors  and  shall  be  provided  with locks. All provisions made in the Operation theatre ceiling for mounting other equipment i.e. Ceiling-mounted Operation theatre light, Pendants, Brackets for monitors, Cameras etc.

RADIATION SAFETY LEAD DOORS Product Code: HS 01     RADIATION SAFETY doors are made of AISI 304 grade Stainless Steel, for X RAY, CT, CATHLAB etc, with provision for locking. Front door with transparent viewing using lead glass. The door leaf made of heavy guage SS 304 grade sheet metal, lined with lead sheet for prevention of radiation. The door conforms ASTM metallurgical standards.

Pass Boxes, are so designed to handle the soiled materials from sterile areas, to transfer to an adjacent room-without compromise in air quality. The special design of doors allows opening of only one door at a time. Pass boxes are available in two models; 1) Static pass boxes and 2) Dynamic Pass Boxes. OPERATION THEATRE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT Product Code: SEM 01     The A DEDICATED PACKAGE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM, SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THE AIR PARAMETERS OF STERILE ENVIRONMENT AS PER NABH (  STERILE ENVIRONMENT MACHINE ), constitutes a combination of specially designed air handling unit, a series of filter modules, and environment managing components. HERMETIVALLY SEALING TYPE SLIDING DOOR Product Code: HSD 01     The HERMETICALLY SEALED AUTOMATIC SLIDING THEATRE DOORS made of SS 304 shell filled with PUF. MEDICRAFT  has a series of Hermetically sealed sliding doors and Manual double swing Stainless Steel doors, the latest in entry facilities, to meet the demands of precision control of air movements in OPERATION THEATRE departments.The doors encased in aluminium profile frame, have PUF filled core faced with a compact stainless steel laminate cladding to both sides. Molded rubber gasket surrounds the door blade enabling a hermetic seal to be achieved, when door is closed.The Operation theatre doors are functioning with minimum air movement on opening and closing, silent in function with sliding operation.
