Matalcoat performs as corrosion inhibitor on metal objects preventing it from atmospheric corrosion and rusting. Matalcoat can be ap-plied on the metal by spraying, brushing or immersing. It forms a thin waxy layer on top of the metal surface which cures within 30 minutes and it acts a cover to prevent against corrosion. Details : On new metals - The surface of the metal needs to be cleaned of any oily or grease by using suitable cleaners or a diluted po-tion of Matalcoat with water can be used to clean and then dried (air dried). Matalcoat can be sprayed or brushed or im-mersed for a period of 1 - 2 minutes and then air dried for around 30 minutes to 1 hour. Full curing happens between 6 to 8 hrs depending on the conditions.
