Construction The Shakthi Solid Cushion Tyre is constructed of three different layers for optimum use pneumatic comfort and for high durability. The external layer resists wear and abrasion, extends life cycles and ensures uniform wear and tear. The middle layer, made of high quality natural rubber ensures softness elasticity for soft riding and better rolling resistance. Inner layer includes the steel rings, guaranteeing stability and a perfect grip on the rim.
