Types of Yarn:
100% Viscose Rayon Spun Yarn
They are made from bright bleached viscose fibre for both weaving and knitting applications. This can also go for chenille. The count range is NE 8 - NE 40, both single and 2 ply, but finer counts such as NE 60/2 etc. can also be offered on special request.
The 2 ply yarn can be TFO or ring doubled spliced. Yarn made from dull fibre can also be offered.
We also offer high twist crepe yarn both with and without heat setting.
We also supply fibre dyed yarn in 100% Viscose.
100% Polyester Spun Yarn
They are made from 'semi dull' high tenacity polyester fibre for both weaving and knitting applications as well as industrial applications. The count range is NE 8 - NE 40 in single, 2 ply and multi-fold, but finer counts such as NE 50/2, NE 60/2, NE 76/2, NE 80/2 etc. can also be offered on special request.
The 2 or more ply yarn can be TFO or ring doubled spliced as required by the buyer.
We can also supply black fibre dyed yarn & Melange yarn in 100% polyester.
100% Polyester Sewing Thread
This is reverse twist yarn made from bright super high tenacity polyester fibre for sewing thread. The count range is NE 12/2 - NE 80/2 (3 ply yarn is also offered) both TFO doubled and ordinary ring doubled.
This is only supplied on normal full weight paper cones and occasionally on dyeing cones. The yarn is made conforming to international technical standards.
We can also supply optical white (normal high tenacity) in this type of yarn.
100% Acrylic Spun Yarn
The Acrylic yarn is primarily offered only dyed in both high bulk as well as relaxed (non bulky) types. The high bulk yarn is made on worsted spinning system, whereas the non-bulky yarn is made on both worsted spinning as well as cotton spinning system.
The yarn is offered on cones.
Generally the count range is from NM 15 - NM 67 (NE 9 - NE 40) both in single as well as 2 ply TFO yarn. A very wide range of colours is offered. The yarn can be used for weaving as well as conventional knitting, sweater knitting, chenille and other applications.
We also offer chenille yarn - both raw white and dyed.
100% Cotton Spun Yarn
A wide range of counts from NE 4 - NE 80 is offered in single and 2 ply. Also a wide range of quality is available depending on the end-use and the price range of the buyer. Different types of cotton are used for different levels of quality. The yarn goes for weaving and knitting applications. Our Specialization, however, in this item is for very high quality, almost contamination free yarn conforming to the highest international standards for discerning buyers.
Several leading weavers and knitters, world over are continuously sourcing combed yarn in NE 24/1, NE 30/1, NE 40/1, NE 44/1, NE 50/1, NE 60/1 from us for critical applications, where the finished fabric is ultimately being supplied to leading fashion brands and fashion houses in Europe and USA.
We are also offering low twist yarn for towels and other special qualities on specific demand. We also offer very specialized yarn with low hairiness in 40/1, 50/1 and 60/1 for weaving and shirting application. We also offer NE 60/2, 74/2, 80/2, 100/2 and 120/2 combed cotton yarn from Indian Cotton, PIMA and GIZA gassed and mercerized yarn is also available.
Polyester / Viscose Blended Spun Yarn
This yarn is made from bright bleached viscose fibre and semi dull high tenacity polyester fibre for both weaving and knitting applications. The most common blends are 65/35% and 52/48%, but other special blends can be offered on specific request.
The count range is NE 8 - NE 40 in single, 2 ply and multi-fold, but finer counts unto NE 80/2 can also be offered on special request. The 2 or more ply yarn can be TFO or ordinary ring doubled as required by the buyer.
We can also supply fibre dyed yarn in a wide range of colours (Including Melange yarn) in this item.
Polyester / Cotton Blended Spun Yarn
This yarn is made from semi-dull high tenacity polyester fibre and selected raw-cotton for both weaving and knitting applications. The most common blends are 65/35% and 52/48%. Although primarily offered with cotton portion being combed, it is also available in carded on request. The count range is NE 20 - NE 40, only in single. However, 2 ply yarn or multi-fold yarn as well as other counts can be offered on request.
This yarn is available only in raw-white. With prior specific arrangements, we can supply this yarn for critical applications including mélange dyeing and cross dyeing.
We also offer fine counts like NE 60/2, NE 74/2 etc.
