The PID Stress Relief Programmer Controller is used for controlling the rate of heating, soaking and rate of cooling during stress relieving operation. X48V1 is a full-featured PID controller designed for use in hazardous environments. It is housed in a heavy-duty enclosure certified flameproof for gas groups I, IIA & IIB with IP65 rating - completely dust proof and a good level of protection against water. It receives input from 8 types of thermocouples (B, E, J, K, N, R, S, T), Pt100, Cu53 as well as other 3-wire RTD sensors, 0 - 50 mV voltage and 4-20 mA or 0 - 20 mA analog current signals. A triple 7-segment LED display and individual LEDs on the front of the process controller indicate set point and process values, relay status, automanual power status and communication status. Buttons on the front of X48V1 ,accessible through the flameproof enclosure, allow operators to easily set up to 1 2 3 set points.X48V1's electromagnetic relays trigger heating, cooling or any of 6 types of alarms - full-scale highlow, deviation highlow, in band and out band.It also retransmits an isolated output (1 or 2) signal to other devices such as a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Signal isolation protects your devices and machines downstream of our instruments from damaging fluctuations in the input signal. X48V1 is an auto-tuning controller, from cold start or at set point. Typical applications are temperature control, RH control, thyristorised heating applications, AHU control in HVAC and BMS applications.
