How it works:
When the grid supply is on, the DG is kept in standby mode but as soon as the grid supply fails, the grid breaker trips and the DG sets are automatically switch on and the DG breakers close and the supply is restored. When the grid supply restored, the DG breakers trip and within seconds the grid breaker closes and the supply is again restored. The DG sets are switched off after cooling time.
