Cascade systems rely on differential pressure between dryer groups so it will contribute to the usage of the system. Thermo-compressor system: In this system there are two types of steam: high pressure steam (8-10 bar) and low pressure steam (5bar). Low pressure steam goes into dryer directly, while the high pressure steam is mixed with B-T steam in thermo-compressor and goes into dryer for reusing. Thermo-compossor systems divide the dryers into different groups, and B-T steam circulates in each group. This system is flexible and can easily control the temperature of the dryer.
