Direction for Use : The pack can be used at room temperature or for the best effect heat the whole pack in a warmer or microwave (75oW) for 15 sec - 1 min. Microwave time varies; test temperature before use and wait if excessively hot. Heat one single pack at a time and do not reheat. Open carefully and use wipe to bath the person. Discard used wipes. Can also be used cold to refresh.
