We are the first and only manufacturers of TIW wire in India with UL approval. Downsizing switching transformers without the use of interlayer insulation materials, TIW wire is equipped with a three-fold insulation around the conductor, which has been authorised as Reinforced Insulation. As a result, the creepage distance can never be limited and no insulation barrier (i.e. no paper insulation is required between each layer winding) is needed, when specifying distances between termination pins and coils. We manufacture TIW wire meeting customer requirements.

We are one of the oldest tinned copper wire manufacturer in India. The materials used in the manufacturing of the tin coated copper wire are of excellent quality that makes the entire range perfect for the respective applications. Tin plating on copper wire prevents corrosion of wire and also maintains the conductivity. Moreover, it increases rationality of wire as tinned wire lasts 10 times more than bare copper wire. The tinning is done with a hot dip process. Our lead-free Tin-Plated wire complies with RoHS requirements.        

We manufacture PVC flexible wires as well, also known as PVC hookup wire, which finds application in electronic & lighting industry. These cables are manufactured with annealed tinned copper conductor (ATC) or annealed bare copper wire (ABC). The wire is available of desired construction. Parameters like number of cores, number of bunched conductors, diameter of each conductor, outer diameter of the insulation and color of PVC insulation can be customized according to customer requirements. Litz wire, also known as bunched wire, is designed to reduce the skin effect and proximity effect losses in conductors used at frequencies up to about 1 MHz. It consists of many thin wire strands, individually insulated and bunched, as per the specific design and application. USTC wire has a nylon top coat over the regular litz wires to enhance the mechanical properties of insulation coat.

Enamelled Copper Wire also known as Winding Wire or Magnet Wire, is an insulated round copper conductor used in motors, transformers and other electromechanical equipment.
