Impact Rollers are similar to Carrying Idlers but having a set of rubber rings/ discs changes the way they function. These rubber rings/discs are made of superior grade rubber which is resistant to UV rays and atmospheric gases. They are designed to bear the impact of heavy loads falling from a height. Impact Rollers like Carrying Idlers are also placed on the frame in a set of three to absorb the maximum impact of the falling conveying material.   The angle of trough varies according to the size of the belt or is kept as per the customized requirements of the user. The high quality rubber ring around the roller shell is placed tightly so that it never leaves its place. Our impact rollers are designed primarily for heavy impact damping at the loading point of the belt conveyor.
