The anti-rust process has been incorporated into the galvanized steel. T-bars are produced by a fully automatic machine controlling the production of straight material to maximum 0.1 mm. Tolerance ensuring consistent dimensioning of the grid module after installation. Load bearing capacity when the span is 1.2 meter, supported with hanger wire from roof for type I is 8.45 kg/m2 and for type II is 12.05 kg/m2. Clip-in false ceiling system with steel tile (600 mm x 600 mm) is manufactured out of 0. 50 mm thick regular modified polyester coated galvanized steel (z-120/180 gms total zinc coating mass of both sides, 240 mpa yield stress). These tiles can have square or beveled edges. It is available in matt finish on the exposed side and a primer coating on the back. Then the tile has 20-micron polyester coated finish and back coat of 5-micron alkyd primer. The rigid suspension system consists of rows of 0. 5 mm galvanized steel clip-in profiles installed at 600 mm c/c spacing to support the tiles. Suspension angles are suspended from the roof structure by gi ceiling brackets. They are joined to the clip-in profiles by hold-on clamps. The tiles / planks are held in place by pressure clips. Application: These are suitable for food preparation areas and hospitals where cleanliness is important and tiles are frequently cleanedand hosed down. They are also used frequently in airport and transport hubs. Unlike mineral fibre boards, metal pan is impervious to moisture so they can be hosed down without damaging the board or causing it to sag or stain

Technical Details: The box-shaped panels which can be attached to an 84mm carrier with ease. The 84mm wide panels feature a 24mm wide flange. The shuts off the 16mm joint between the panels (module 100mm and 200mm). The 12.5mm deep joint gives a linear direction to the ceiling, at the same time being closed from the plenum. These panels, which are stove enameled aluminum panels, are recyclable, lightweight but strong. These panels can be made to fit any requirement. The length of these panels can go up to 5000mm. Panels can be attached by using panel splice. The panel carrier is black or white & is made of 0.5mm thick stove enameled steel. The carrier is provided with prongs to accommodate the panels in a module of 100mm. The standard length of these carriers is 5000mm and is connected by using the carrier splice. New Age’s standard range of edge profiles can be used as perimeters.
