The plug completely sits inside the unit with the cable being fed through an access hole. The small unit is suitable for a variety of electrical connections up to 40 mm diameter, with a locking mechanism that can accommodate up to 4 safety padlocks. You just have to send us the switch article for the same. These LOTO units have been designed to lockout electrical panel buttons and switches with no inbuilt lockout provisions. When in place, the electrical plugs switches buttons can be isolated by placing the house unit over the top of base plate - hence preventing the access to the isolated switch. Then, they can be locked in place with a Lockout Padlock. The circular units are designed to fit over most of the universal type push mushroom panel buttons and the square units are designed for the switches with levers. For the switches with extended handles - we have the special patented lockout solutions that freeze the movement of these switches to a still position where they need to be locked at a specific angle.

The first three devices in each range work by engaging wire pins into small holes located on either side of the MCB switch toggle. In order to engage the pins into the holes, they have to be exposed further. On the Conventional Type, this is achieved by pressing the spring loaded black plunger with the thumb. On the Premier Type, the two halves of the lockout device hinge apart. In the Slider Type the upper part of CBL is pulled back for releasing the pins & pushed back for locking purpose. The Tie Bar & MCBL offers a degree of universality. Both can be used on multi-pole breakers which are operated with a tie-bar. MCBL is fixed to the breaker using a small screw driver.

Mcb lockout Possibly the simplest yet most versatile MCB lockout in our range. The GOLDEN TOGGLE LOCK fits over most of the MCB switch toggles and is secured in place using a small flat blade screwdriver to turn the grub screw.
