An on-site plant, pcc (precipitated calcium carbonate) is produced in a satellite facility; onsite or close to a paper mill and the resultant slurry is pumped directly to the mill. In this arrangement, all plant and equipment required for producing pcc are installed under lease agreement in the premises of its end user. The utilities like power, water, steam and the co2 from the boiler stake (going into the air after esp) are used to make pcc in slurry form for its use in paper application. This unique environment friendly technology not only reduces the energy consumption and drying time but also utilizes the co2 emitted from the boilers.

Rice Syrup is light sweet syrup, used as sweetener.(Popularly known as Liquid Glucose). This syrup is derived by cooking rice starch with saccharifying enzymes. Rice-dextrin solution undergoes a heat-assisted saccarification, involving addition of enzyme isolates, which convert complex carbohydrates into a solution rich in simple carbohydrates. This solution is then evaporated, until desired water content (dry solid substance, DS) is achieved.

Rice gluten meal is the dried residue from rice after the removal of starch, and separation of the bran by the process employed in the wet milling manufacture of rice starch or syrup or glucose. This rice protein meal’s color is bright and yellow, it is usually used as poultry feed because it contains an above average amino acid profile, added vitamins and high protein content and it can help poultry to increase their anti-virus activity, development activity and food calling activity.

Malto dextrin is produced from starch of corn & rice by hydrolysis not exceeding 20de. Maize Germs that we supply are used in oil mills to extract oil; Germs usually have about 45% to 50% of oil content with low cholesterol level. After the extraction of the corn oil from the germ, the residue is used in corn germ meal as animal feed primarily for pigs and poultry as it increases the productiveness in animals

Liquid glucose is an aqueous solution of nutritive saccharide obtained by starch hydrolysis, by using corn and rice as raw material, which is purified and concentrated to required solids. It is usually odorless and clear yellow colored viscous liquid sweet syrup which is processed and stored under hygienic conditions.
