The closing of the molds is assured in every thermal condition The clamping system of the mold-holder is realized with twin cylinders in each station. The big hydraulic cylinders averagely distribute the high clamping force on the whole surface of the molds to avoid flesh at parting line of molds The mold holder is with large open stroke; it makes easier to collect products and clean mold cavities There are independent temperature control units for up & down mold plates in each mold-holder. The temperature of each mold is controlled with high precision, increasing in this way, the quality of the injected product The injection groups The injection system is optimized by a unique screw design with precise temperature control The repeatability is assured by a sophisticated volumetric control and by the proportional valves of pressure and speed Injection volume is sufficient to meet the production with multi-cavity molds and stacked molds There are multi zones of thermal controllers on each injector. Each zone is set for heating and cooling individually in coordination with different characteristics of material compound and production condition Precise transmission system with the accurate sliding structure driven by servomotor control systems, the movement of the injection units is smooth, and positioning is fast and precise The electronic control unit During operation, the supervisory control works continuously and assures the proper functioning of diagnostic and maintenance Equipped with industrial-level computer to provide long serving life and stable operation. The window-based operating system is easy to learn and parameter setting is simple. It is available to switch between different languages Optional unit Aim at the need of customers, we develop the latest stack mold structure with unique synchronizing opening device. With this special design, the ultimate performance of 4 pairs per mold can be achieved The innovative color Master-Batch provides efficient injection manufacture to meet the trend of various orders and demand of large no. colors and small no. pairs. It reduces the storage of colored material and simplifies the preparation of material. Regular EVA compound and color master-batch EVA compound are compatible on the CMB injection system. Production is more flexible.
