We offer floor mats for electrical insulating purposes that are made with 100% virgin elastomeric materials with high dielectric strength and can withstand voltages up to 65 KV AC and 240 KV DC without fail.
Electrical Insulation mats protect workers handling high- or low-voltage electrical equipment against accidental current leakage. These mats are laid on floors in proximity to electrical apparatus, such as HT & LT control panels, switchboards, fuse boxes, switchgear, machinery, etc., and act as an insulating layer between the human body and floor, preventing current from being grounded and thus preventing electrocution.
Insulation mats, along with other PPE (personal protective equipment), are mandatory for the safety of workers involved in any operation related to electricity whether it's generation, transmission, distribution, or handling of Electric tools, machinery, or apparatus.
Electric Safety Mats supplied by us comply with National, and International Standards: ASTM D178 (American Society for Testing and Materials), IEC 61111-2009 (International Electrotechnical Commission), BIS, IS:15652-2006 (Bureau of Indian Standards), and BS (British Standards).
