VINYL ESTER MORTAR - Vinyl Ester Mortar is used in the construction of floors, sumps, trenches, tanks, vessels and bleach towers in chemical processing, food and beverage plants, dairies, laboratories, textile, steel and pulp & paper mills. Vinyl Ester has excellent resistance to oxidizing bleach solutions, mineral and organic acids, alkaline solutions and some organic solvents. When used with chemical resistant masonry units and the proper membrane Vinyl Ester will protect concrete and steel sub base from chemical attacks and physical abuse.  

SYNTHETIC RESIN CEMENTS - These are a new class of resin cements with versatile and resistant to a wide range of chemicals. They are also popular owing to their rapid setting characteristics which make them preferred cements when time is a constraint or limited in a project or a maintenance job.  

SULPHUR CEMENT - Sulphur cements are a single component,easy to use acid proof cement. Unlike other cements, it is applied in molten condition it does not require curing time. Hence they are more suited for maintenance jobs. They are extensively used in electrical insulators for fixing metallic parts on ceramics. They are also used in acid resistant masonry.  

Spinels are flexibilizers which support flexibility in basic bricks – important for rotary kiln bricks affected by mechanical stress. Magnesia spinel based bricks are not sensitive to the formation of low melting calcium aluminate phases in the lining of the rotary kiln during clinker production. Silicon Carbide refractories are produced from silicon carbide, a raw material synthesized in a resistance-type electric furnace at temperatures exceeding 2500°C, through the reaction of silica with carbon. They have a thermal conductivity ten times that of fireclay refractories, good corrosion and thermal shock resistance, and can be formed into complex shapes. They can withstand slag attack and flame erosion. SILICATE CEMENTS - Silicate cements are the first acid resisting materials known and widely used in chemical resistant masonry. It resists many minerals acids except Hydrofluoric acid, Fluorosilicic acids, and their salts.  

RUBBER LININGS - The principal benefits of rubber lining are its excellent resistance to corrosive and abrasive chemicals and materials, e.g. acids, alkalis, salt water, slurries, sand, shotblast media, crushed rock etc. In addition rubber linings provide other benefits including noise and vibration reduction,electrical and thermal insulation and product protection.The rubber can be applied as either unvulcanised material which is then vulcanised and hot bonded – usually in a steam autoclave; or as pre vulcanised material which is cold bonded using two part adhesives. The fully bonded lining provides a durable and resilient protective rubber coating that will withstand very aggressive process conditions and applications.

Refractory Mortars are joining materials for laying refractory bricks. We offer a wide range of fireclay and high alumina mortars. These mortars are used as joining materials for various insulation and high alumina bricks. Mortars like Accoset 50, Mortar 70 are suitable for different types of insulation/fire bricks. Some of the mortars are supplied as two component system, where liquid binder is separately provided with powder material. Where water is used as liquid component, the amount of water used should be such that it results in trowelling Consistency.

Our range of passive refractory bricks are bauxite based alumino silicate fire clay bricks. Passive bricks are made by dry pressing method and are fired in an electronically controlled tunnel kiln. Passive bricks are proven for refractory applications ranging from 1260°C – 1450°C

Nitride-bonded Silicon Carbide refractories have high thermal conductivity, superior thermal shock and oxidation resistance. Medium purity dense castables are suitable for use in medium temperature applications. This group of castable contain medium purity Calundum as the refractory binder. Depending on the type ofrefractory aggregates used in these castables, a series of FIRECRETE group of castable are manufactured. All these castables are used in oxidising atmospheres only. These refractory castables are hydraulic setting and can be cast or moulded to any shape, and can also be suitably modified for gunning of furnace linings.

MASTICS LINERS - Mastic compound is mainly used as an impermeable inter-liner with acid resisting brick/tile lining on floors, tanks, drains, sumps. It can also be applied, as open mastic flooring, where diluted chemicals are to be handled and traffic is not very high.

Our range of insulating castables from the Insulyte series to conserve heat in furnaces. They are light but adequately strong, and have low conductivity, thus serve as either hot face or back- up insulating refractory lining. INSULYTE castables are produced in the density range of 400 to 1600 kg/m3. They are available mainly in two different grades - medium purity and high purity. In addition to standard products, tailor-made compositions are also supplied to suit customer requirements.

The high alumina binders, used for making refractory castables, are calcium aluminate cements. We supply three grades of high alumina binders - Calundum, Cal-Al-70 & Cal-Al-80. Calundum, a medium purity high alumina refractory binder, sets hydraulically and when used with refractory aggregates, provides a high strength refractory castable. Cal-Al-70, a high purity refractory binder, sets hydraulically and when used along with refractory aggregates, provides a refractory castable of superior strength

FURANE CEMENTS - These cements are the most used in acid resistant masonry in reactor / equipment lining, and for other applications. Owing to more safer use and better shelf compared to phenolic resin cements, it is increasingly being used and specified for AR lining applications.  

FURACIN MORTAR - FURACIN is a furane resin based-silica filled, acid resistant cement. This is a two-component system consisting of Syrup and Powder. It is a fast setting cement having good resistance towards alkalies and solvents. This meets the requirement of IS 4832 Part II, ASTM-C-395-80.
