It has strength of steel, good looking, light weight and have very effective heat and sound insulation. width: 3000mm, length:-6000 - 12000mm (approx), height:- 2800mm walls: made of pre-fabricated eps sandwich panel 100 mm thick. Outer & inner having pre coated light profile sheet & core of eps.the panels have snap on male-female joints for tight fixing panels and supported on steel floor with u channel. roof: made of pre-fabricated eps sandwich panel with outer sheet pre coated trapezoidal profile & inner plain with core of eps in 80mm thickness. doors size: width: 1170mm, height: 2000mm 1 no. (per requirement) window size: height: 1100mm x 1100mm 3nos. floor: base of the floor will be made of steel members over which wooden planks will be fitted as floor. The wooden planks are covered by waterproof vinyl flooring. frame structure: all the wall, roof and floor panels are supported by steel frame structure such that floor level is 300mm above the ground level.
